Estimated turnaround production times for custom jobs may vary (from 5 days to up to 10+ days) depending on bindery needs and volume of our workflow. Please contact a production coordinator to clarify specific timing for your order.

NEW ORDERS ONLY. Revised files for existing orders must be sent through your proof email by selecting the "Not Approved - Upload New File" option.

ATTENTION: If your job was quoted as CMYK (4/0 or 4/4) only, please ensure file uploaded is converted to CMYK with NO spot colors.

Large Format Notice: If you cannot submit a PDF file due to a file size limitation, resize the PDF to half the original size (Length & Width) and it will be resized to the appropriate quoted size.
Please note we do not send proofs for approval for large format and roll label orders.

High Res Notice: Only High Resolution PDF Files are accepted. NO JPEGS or WORKING FILES will be accepted as we do not have InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop to open any working files and we do not alter client files.

Hard Copy Proof Notice: Hard Copy Proofs must be signed and returned back to SinaLite as is and without any alterations or cutting of the proofs. If there are alterations to the hard copy proofs, then a charge of $25 will be applied to the account for a reprint, as production requires a full sized proof for printing in order to proceed with the order. It is the client's responsibility to pay the shipping charges to have the Proofs shipped back to SinaLite, and therefore no compensation for shipping costs will be applied.

Sample Notice: All jobs containing folding, perforations, specific orientation/backup requirements, coroplast flute direction requirements, round cornering (with exceptions), and drill holes are to be accompanied by a SAMPLE with the order. Submit either a physical sample, or an image showing the noted bindery information. This will help avoid misinterpretation of your requirements and will help avoid any delays in your order once it reaches the Bindery stage.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Shipping charges will be calculated and shipped upon completion of production.
If you are picking up your order, please specify "HOLD FOR PICKUP."

SinaLite Free Local Delivery cannot be applied to custom orders.
